Bernstein's 10 Tips Real Blogs Assignment

Subscribe to the RSS Feed

In class on February 3 we spent some time in groups working with Mark Bernstein's "10 Tips on Writing the Living Web" article. Each group was responsible for using 3 of Bernstein's tips as a way to critically examine a blog plucked from Blogger's "Blogs of Note" list.

Your Task

  1. One member of your group posts your group's work to the Course Weblog as a new post. Be sure to include a link to the blog that you're examining so that readers can see what you're talking about.
  2. Label that post using the following labels: Assignments, Bernstein, Blogging. This way we'll be able to pull just the Bernstein (blogging, or assignment) posts out of the stream of posts accumulating on the blog.
  3. Read what the other groups write and comment on their own interpretations of Bernstein's tips as applied to their blogs.
